I graduated from Queens University of Charlotte last year with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. I also had two minors: American literature and communication studies. My overall GPA was 3.5 and I almost consistently made the Dean's list.
Experience
During my clinical experiences in college, I had the opportunity to tutor students in word study and reading comprehension. I spent a semester working with a small group of third graders on word study instruction and then a semester working one on one with a second grader on reading comprehension. During this time I was able to create a lesson plan for them and track their progress during the time we worked together.
